ABOUT JENNA
I got into this work because I believe every love story deserves to feel like it was always meant for the movies.
Not a highlight reel. Not a posed gallery. Documentary wedding photography for couples who celebrate as they mean it — the real thing, messy, electric, completely yours.
I've been documenting weddings for nearly a decade, and what still gets me every single time is the intention behind a celebration. The guest who cries during the first dance, even though they promised themselves they wouldn't. The song the DJ plays that no one planned, but everyone needs. The moment the whole room lifts the couple into the air, and the laughter is so loud it doesn't sound real.
That love. The kind you can't believe. That's what I'm here to document.
I'm based on the West Coast — serving California, Utah, and well beyond —, and I travel constantly for weddings. Give me mountains, rivers, a good flea market in a town I've never been to, and a couple who're genuinely proud of the love they've built. I'm in.
THE PHILOSOPHY
I want you waving napkins for your grand entrance. Proud of your love. That movie magic kind.
There's a version of wedding photography that's about looking perfect. And then there's what I do — which is about feeling everything. The Mamma Mia energy of it. The sun and the warmth and the joy that's so big it can't stay contained.
I grew up on Y2K rom-coms and I still believe in the cinematic quality of real love. The kind that makes you grab someone's arm and say did you see that? The kind that belongs on a screen and on a wall and in a box your grandkids find someday.
That's the work I'm trying to make every single time.
HOW I WORK
I want the couples who celebrate as they mean it — wherever in the world that is.
Almost a decade of weddings has taught me one thing above everything else — the couples who are most present on their wedding day end up with the most extraordinary images. My job is to create the conditions for that presence and then get out of the way.

DOCUMENTARY FIRST
I disappear.
My default is to observe — to move through your day quietly and let the moments find me. The best images almost always happen when nobody's looking at the camera.

COLLABORATIVE WHEN IT COUNTS
I guide when you need it.
For portraits and family formals I step in with clear, easy direction that gets you in and out quickly. No stiff poses. No awkward standing around. We keep it moving and keep it feeling like you.

PRESENT UNTIL THE END
I stay for the whole night.
The last song is as important as the first look. The send-off, the after-party, the quiet moment at the end of the night — that's where some of the most important frames live.
OUTSIDE OF WEDDINGS
Mountains, rivers, and every flea market in a town I've never been to.
The same instinct that makes me good at documenting weddings is the one that makes me stop the car for a particular quality of light on a mountain road.
When I'm not shooting I'm outside — hiking, on rivers, finding the kind of stillness that makes you remember what actually matters. I travel constantly, not just for weddings but because new places sharpen the eye in a way that staying home never can.
I believe the best photographers are the ones who are genuinely alive to the world around them. I try to stay that way.
WHO I WORK WITH
I want the couples who embrace exactly who they are in every detail of their wedding.
Couples who want their photos to feel just like them. Not a version of them — them. The real thing.
The ones where every song the DJ plays means something to someone. Where the guests are lifting the couple in the air on the dance floor. Where the napkin wave at the grand entrance isn't cheesy — it's completely, perfectly them.
