Yes — and I'd encourage it. Most couples start with 6 hours and build from there once they know their timeline. Deliverables, hours, and add-ons can all be adjusted at any point. If you're not sure what you need, we'll figure it out together on a call.

What you see is what you pay. Local travel is always included. The only things that would change your total are add-ons you choose — second shooter, extra hours, an engagement session — and we'll always talk through those before anything is finalized.

Book a discovery call or send a text and we'll confirm your date is available. From there, I'll send over a contract and invoice. A 30% retainer locks in your date — nothing is official until both are signed and paid.

Yes, always. I'm a licensed and insured business, and a contract protects both of us. It outlines everything — deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, cancellation terms — so there are no surprises on either side.

The retainer is non-refundable — it holds your date and covers planning time. If you need to reschedule, I'll do my best to accommodate depending on availability. Full details are outlined in the contract.

If my schedule allows, yes. Day-of hours are billed at $250/hr for photography and $100/hr for additional video coverage. It's always worth asking — I want to be there for the moments that matter.

Absolutely — and I think it's one of the most underrated parts of working together. A good timeline means better light, less rushing, and more time for the moments that matter. I'll walk you through it in the weeks before your wedding.

Yes — when you book, you get access to my personal vendor list. Florists, planners, hair and makeup, officiants — people I've worked with and actually trust. I'll share it once your contract is signed.

You'll receive a welcome email with your contract and invoice. Your date is officially held once the retainer is paid and contract is signed.

We'll check in over email and hop on a call or two as needed. No pressure — just making sure everything is coming together the way you want.

Final details 2-6 weeks out
We'll nail down your timeline, shot list, and any last-minute details together. I'll also share vendor recommendations if you need them — florists, planners, hair and makeup — happy to connect you with people I trust.

Engagement session prep (if booked)
I'll send a curated list of location ideas and help you think through outfits and styling — the goal is a session that actually feels like you, not staged or stiff.

Your wedding day
Show up and be present. I'll handle the rest — moving through your day without disrupting it, capturing what matters, and staying until we have everything you need.

Delivery + beyond
Sneak peek first, then your full gallery within 90 days. Your images are yours — download, print, share, hang them on your wall. That's the whole point.
